If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge, replace it (provided the exact item is still available), or offer a refund. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by improper care, negligence, washing, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and extended use. At this time, we are unable to repair items that fall outside the terms of our warranty policy.
